Winter Updates-Focus on Photography
It has been a busy Winter and this Spring is filled with new painting/photography projects currently underway. Here is a brief synopsis of two terrific shows I was involved with this winter.
Agnes Jamieson Juried Photograpy Show
I am very pleased that three of my prints were on show at the Agnes Jamieson Gallery in Minden Hills, Ontario in the categories of Water, Abstract Realism and Digital Manipulation. The juried photography show ran from January 7 - February 7. For more details you can still check out the Agnes Jamieson Gallery website and see the exciting new exhibitions underway.
Water Category: "Tracy Arm Fjord Calving"
Digital Manipulation Category: "Stained Glass Homage to Eldrirdge
Abstract Realism: "Discarded"
As a member of Gallery 44 I always make a point of taking part in their annual Photopia fundraiser and am pleased to announce that one of my "Tracy Arm Fjord Calving" prints was sold as part of the event this past March. Gallery 44 is one of the top destination gallery venues to see innovative and creative work that expands the medium of photography and its possibilities. It is always a worthwhile visit and a great opportunity to purchase affordable art.
